Host & Guest Booking Fees

Vacation Homes: 3% booking fee.
AirBNB charges 3%.
Hotels/Motels: 5% booking fee.
Travel Agents charge: 10%
OTA's charge: 20%
Guests: 7% booking fee.
How Fees are Charged: Our booking fee is only charged on the actual rental cost; we do not charge the fees on cleaning, pet, or other fees associated with the booking.
AirBNB charges the fee on the total booking cost charged to the Guest.

Flexible Payout

Direct Deposit: Receive payouts directly into your bank account.
Virtual Prepaid Debit Card: Enjoy the convenience of a prepaid card for easy access to your funds.

Hotels: A prepaid debit card will be provided to cover the cost of the stay.

Payout Schedule

Vacation Homes:
- For Stays 6 Days or Less: 100% payment sent the next business day after check-out.
- For Stays 7 Days or More: 50% payment sent the next business day after check-in; the remaining 50% sent the next business day after check-out.
Hotels:
- A prepaid debit card will be provided to the hotel, 24 hours before check-in.

You Choose Your Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. That's why we offer flexible cancellation policies.

We offer two options for cancellations:

Vacation Break Cancellation Insurance: This allows the Guest to pay $50 to be able to cancel up until check-in time for a full refund, with the exception of the booking fees associated with the reservation. The Host is entitled to 50% of the forfeited booking fees.
Standard Cancellation: This is our 1-week standard cancellation period. The reservation is cancelled greater than 1-week for a full refund minus booking fees associated with the reservation or, if after the 1-week period a 50% refund is given of the enitre booking cost.

Please note: Hotels typically adhere to a 72-hour cancellation policy for refunds.

Damage Assistance

Your Property, Our Priority

At My Vacation Oasis, we understand that unexpected property damage can be stressful. That's why we're committed to helping you recover.

In the event of guest damage:

Comprehensive Support: We'll work with you to assess the situation and explore all available options.
Legal Action: If necessary, we'll initiate legal proceedings against the responsible guest.
Platform Restrictions: We may also prohibit the guest from using our platform in the future.

For hotel damages, please refer to the hotel's standard procedures.
